Introducing the OrgX Plugin for DeepSeek Harness

`@useorgx/deepseek-harness-plugin` is a developer preview plugin designed to integrate OrgX’s MCP tools and work log access capabilities into DeepSeek Harness. It achieves this by running an OrgX gateway peer in Harness headless mode and mounting a `dsh-mcp-client` instance. After installation, developers can use OrgX tools, but they should note that the current version does not support MCP Resources/Prompts and that host access permissions are subject to specific boundaries. In addition, the plugin imposes strict requirements for environment variables and credential authorization, so related risks should be evaluated before use.
